NYSSA is entering an alliance with Kaplan Schweser

The New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA) is proud to announce a newly formed alliance with Kaplan Schweser. In an endless effort to better serve present and future Investment Industry Professionals, NYSSA will collaborate closely with the leading CFA Prep Provider in the world.

This alliance serves to blend NYSSA’s 35 years of experience helping candidates successfully navigate the CFA exams, with Kaplan Schweser’s 25 years of experience providing exam-prep material to a global pool of candidates. NYSSA Celebrates 79th Year with Market Forecast Dinner

On Tuesday, September 27, NYSSA hosted its “Annual Market Forecast Dinner,” at Mandarin Oriental Hotel, providing its guests an invaluable opportunity to network, socialize and learn from colleagues and advanced practitioners within the financial services and investment management industries.

Clad in their evening best, over 250 attendees arrived and gathered in the foyer— reveling in the company of their peers, appetizers and a full premium bar—before filling up the spacious Mandarin Ballroom, where 18-foot-high walls of floor-to-ceiling windows offered patrons an alluring view of the sun setting over Central Park and the Manhattan Skyline.

US Public Pension Funds Conference

$470 Billion in AUM, roughly 1/8th of total US Public Pension AUM, was represented at NYSSA's 1st Annual US Public Pension Funds Conference

The New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA) hosted the 1st Annual US Public Pension Funds Conference on September 8, 2016. This is the 7th highly successful program in the Asset Owner Series with presenters representing US public pension plans who oversee  $470 billion in AUM, or roughly 1/8th of total US Public Pension AUM. The Asset Owner Series has already hosted senior investment industry leader attendees and speakers who directly and collectively oversee over $9.0 trillion in AUM across Insurance, Family Offices, Endowments, Foundations, Private Banks, Public Pensions and Corporate Pensions.
