Program Overview

NYSSA’s Summer 2017 Quarterly Investment Job Market Outlook will tackle various issues including job hunting strategies, common pitfalls in interviewing and how to avoid them, as well as effective interaction with internal HR personnel and agency recruiters. The quarterly outlook will also elaborate on compensation negotiation in a tactful manner and offer insightful tips on how to navigate mid-career changes. Finally, the expert senior investment industry executive recruiters and HR executives from leading search and financial services firms will not only provide color on the current hiring trends within the industry, but also their expectations during the next 3 to 6 months.
