The financial services industry is in the midst of rapid change. The Young Leaders Group is looking to assemble a panel of 3 – 5 high impact finance professionals who have the pedigree and background to discuss the evolution / future state of the industry.

Event Objectives & Overview

Major Points:

• Characteristics and “State of the Industry” today. What are the most exciting, and most disruptive changes happening right now? What will the industry look like in 5-10 years?

• Rapid technology improvements have had and will continue to have significant influence on the industry –what sectors of finance have been affected the most and how will the skills needed in these roles change?

• With outsourcing and automation becoming more prevalent across the industry, how can firms keep up with client expectations and still deliver outstanding service?
